We collect account information for facility managers (name, email, organization) and basic usage analytics. Visitors searching for care can browse without creating an account. We do not knowingly collect protected health information about individuals seeking treatment.

How we use information

To operate the directory, authenticate facility managers, process subscriptions, and improve the service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Data sharing

We use trusted processors (e.g., Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments). We do not sell personal information.
